2. Then, a claims representative from the insurance company will contact you - generally within 3 business days to answer your questions and schedule an inspection to review the damages. Be sure to discuss any questions you have about your coverages or the repairs with your claims rep at this time.

3. The rep will inspect your damages, review your coverages, and provide an estimate for repairs.

4. All arrangements will be made at this time between you and your rep to ensure timely resolutions for your troubles.

5. Our insurance companies will settle your claim quickly, fairly and accurately so you can move on with your life.
